In addition, if your order is personalized and/or needs modifications, it may take a few days for our designer to make customization. Design time will depend on the complexity of the request.

    • For orders within the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, expect delivery within 7-10 business days.

    • For all other countries, delivery can be expected within 15-20 business days.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure that your delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may need to contact you to update the details, which could cause delays.

  • Delays may also occur due to customs clearance. Your local customs office may require additional documents or processing time, which could further delay delivery.

Delivery Process

  • Your order may be delivered by your local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by the local post service, so the package will arrive with your regular mail.

  • If you are not home when the delivery is made, the postal service may leave a notice card advising you on how and where to collect your package.

Parcel Redirection and Forwarding

  • If you contact the final-mile carrier after your order has left our warehouse and request to forward or redirect the parcel, we are not responsible for any issues or delays caused by this action.
