Order Modifications Or Cancellation (if applicable)
Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 04 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be modified. To help you select the right product, we have provided the size chart, product description of each product on the product detail page.
Please contact our Customer Service [email protected] for modification or cancellation inquiries. Our agent will support you to revise any detail of the order from size, style, shipping info, color to the quantity of the product. After 4 hours since order creation time, if there is no other choice but you have to cancel the order (provided that we haven’t shipped the package yet) we will refund the shipping fee only.
LOST ORDERS
If your order is considered “lost” by our shipping carrier, we will either dispatch a replacement to you at our expense or offer you a full refund.
RETURN POLICY
If the customers change their mind or just don’t need or like the item anymore, provided that the items meet return conditions, we accept the return to get an exchange or voucher within 30 days of the arrival, and customers are required to pay a return shipping fee in those circumstances:

The printed image is not centered on the shirt.
You received the wrong item compared to your order.
The product was damaged during delivery (e.g., torn, dirty).
The order is the wrong size, color, or style compared to what was ordered.

If you receive a product that meets any of the above criteria, please contact us via email or through our website, providing pictures of the error and your order number. We will process a refund or exchange once the issue is verified.

Packaging Requirements for Returns:
Please ensure the item is securely packed to prevent any damage during return shipping. The item should be in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
Please include the order number and reason for return inside the package to help us process your return quickly.
Note: Returns are only accepted if the item has not been used or washed and is in the same condition as when you received it.
REFUND POLICY
If your item qualifies for a refund (see conditions in RETURN POLICY), we will process your refund within 5 business days.
The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original order. As the refund is a reversal of your payment, it will be returned via the same method for your security and convenience.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

EXCHANGES
All products undergo a quality control check before shipment, but if you encounter any issues with the product, please contact us directly with your order number and a picture of the issue.

Note: Please refer to the size guide before ordering. We cannot be responsible for the size if we produced it according to your request. In cases where the wrong size was shipped compared to your order, we will follow the above policy.
SHIPPING FEES FOR RETURNS
If the return is caused by the consumer: The consumer will be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee will depend on the express company you choose for the return shipment.
If the return is due to our mistake: If the goods received are damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping fee, and the consumer will not be required to bear the shipping cost for this reason.
